Change to the Pick List report

There are many versions of the Pick List report.  The full sheet version has a checkbox, then name of the product and the quantity ordered displayed.  The Quantity field has been moved to the left of the Name.  This will save space, make more room for the name and make the quantity easier to see.

 

 

Extra Validation for Deactivating a Location

If a Location is deactivated while there are still active distribution schedules, information about the distributions does not display correctly.  Users also found that they could not longer edit the distributions.  Validation was added to the Edit Location screen. If there are active distribution schedules, admin will no longer be allowed to deactivate the location.  They will be prompted to deactivate the distribution schedules first.

Optimization on the Products screen

Shoppers noticed the Products screen would load slowly for some distributions.  It was determined that the slowness was due to products that had very high quantity limits.  The logic for quantity limits on products was optimized.  Now the limits load very quickly, no matter how high the limit is.

Edit Order Fix

There were instances where a shopper could add more products than they are allowed to order if they placed an order, then edited the order and added more products.  The Edit Order screen was fixed so the proper products and limits are always applied.

Registration Issues for Households with Multiple Residents

Shoppers reported issues completing the registration form when they entered more than one resident.  There was a validation issue that only appeared when the Number of Residents box was set to 2 or higher.  This validation issue has been resolved.
